
Ms. Wilson is a Member with Dawda, Mann, Mulcahy & Sadler, PLC. She concentrates her practice in civil and probate litigation, focusing in the areas of banking, creditor’s rights, commercial and real estate litigation. Her litigation experience includes a broad spectrum of areas including real estate issues, business disputes, handling commercial landlord tenant matters, representing clients in bankruptcy matters including adversary proceedings, and representing clients in collection matters. Ms. Wilson also has experience in estate planning, guardianships/conservatorship matters, estate and trust administration, and business transactions.
Ms. Wilson routinely advises clients on a variety of issues including banking, creditor rights, probate issues, bankruptcy and insolvency-related matters as well as non-bankruptcy matters involving commercial litigation, collections and appellate work. Ms. Wilson also has extensive experience in representing clients in all stages of commercial real estate workouts and foreclosures, including judicial and non-judicial foreclosures, receiverships, note sales, loan modification and forbearance.
