Ms. Belzer Wilson is an Associate with Dawda, Mann, Mulcahy & Sadler, PLC. She concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial and real estate litigation, construction lien claims and creditor's rights in commercial and individual bankruptcy proceedings.

Ms. Belzer Wilson routinely advises clients on a variety of issues including bankruptcy and insolvency-related matters as well as non-bankruptcy matters involving commercial litigation, collections and appellate work. Ms. Belzer Wilson also has extensive experience in representing clients in cases involving mortgage foreclosure and other real property matters. She also has experience in estate planning, probate litigation and family business litigation.

Ms. Belzer Wilson earned her J.D. from Wayne State University Law School, in 2005 and earned her B.A. in 2002 from Albion College, majoring in Political Science, with a concentration in Public Policy and Service. While in Law School, Ms. Wilson held an internship with the 6th Circuit Court of Michigan.

She is a member of the Oakland County Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan, and admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Also a member of the Metropolitan Detroit Alumni Senate of Delta Theta Phi International Fraternity.
