Alfredo Casab is a Member of Dawda, Mann, Mulcahy & Sadler, PLC. He concentrates his practice on real estate and business transactions, and commercial litigation.
Mr. Casab's real estate practice is focused on commercial leasing, and on representing buyers and sellers in a wide array of transactions, from vacant land for development to existing shopping centers.
Mr. Casab's business practice is focused on advising businesses on day-to-day issues, and on representing buyers and sellers of existing businesses, such as retail stores, restaurants (with liquor licenses), and suppliers.
Mr. Casab's commercial litigation practice focuses on representing banks/financial institutions in loan work outs, as well as handling shareholder dispute and other complex commercial litigation.
Mr. Casab is a member of various professional organizations, including the International Council of Shopping Centers. On the public service front, he serves on the Oakland University Economics Department Board of Advisors, and on the boards of various Hispanic professional organizations, including the Hispanic Bar Association of Michigan (Treasurer), Hispanic National Bar Association (Board of Governors), and National Society of Hispanic MBAs (local chapter officer).
Mr. Casab received a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Economics from Oakland University in 1993, and a Juris Doctor degree from Wayne State University Law School in 1996. |
