Mr. Casab is a Member of Dawda, Mann, Mulcahy & Sadler, PLC. He concentrates his practice on transactions and litigation in the areas of real estate, business and corporate law.
Mr. Casab regularly provides counsel to clients in all aspects of transactional real estate matters, including negotiation and drafting of purchase agreements and leases. His litigation experience in the real estate area has proved an added benefit to clients in pursuing and defending claims such as quiet title and partition actions.
Mr. Casab's business practice includes counseling buyers and sellers in a variety of business transactions, such as asset and stock sales. He also advises clients about corporate matters involving such things as corporate structuring issues, buy-sell agreements, shareholder agreements, intra corporate dispute resolution, loan work-out and restructuring, litigation and other general matters.
Mr. Casab earned his J.D. from Wayne State University Law School in 1996. He earned his B.S. from Oakland University in 1993, with a major in Economics and a minor in French Language and Literature.
Mr. Casab is admitted to practice in all courts in the State of Michigan and before the U.S. District Court for both the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan. |
