Christopher M. Mann is an associate with Dawda, Mann, Mulcahy & Sadler, PLC. He concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning and business and tax law.
Mr. Mann works closely with clients to create estate plans that maximize the tax efficient transfer of wealth to successive generations of family members. In doing so, Mr. Mann is regularly involved in the creation of wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, lifetime giving agreements, powers of attorney, family partnerships, and charitable trusts.
In the area of tax planning, Mr. Mann advises clients on a variety of tax matters and assists them with the preparation of tax returns for trusts, charitable foundations, and individuals.
Mr. Mann uses his business experience to regularly assist individual and corporate clients with the creation and structuring of corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships.
Mr. Mann also has significant litigation experience, having practiced in the areas of medical malpractice defense, insurance coverage, and commercial litigation.
Mr. Mann earned his J.D. from Wayne State University in 2004 and his B.A. in general business administration from Michigan State University in 2000. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Michigan, and the Oakland County Bar Association. |
