Dana Kreis Glencer is a Member with Dawda, Mann, Mulcahy & Sadler, PLC. She specializes in the area of commercial real estate.
Ms. Glencer has assisted clients in transactional real estate matters involving the negotiating and documenting of agreements for the purchase and sale of commercial real estate, the acquiring and disposing of property, the development of shopping centers, and the leasing of commercial retail and office space.
Additionally, Ms. Glencer has litigation experience in a variety of residential real estate matters, including the representation of financial institutions and mortgage companies in contested mortgage foreclosures and eviction proceedings. Ms. Glencer's prior experience also includes bankruptcy and commercial litigation, as well as the representation of creditors and debtors in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy proceedings.
Ms. Glencer earned her J.D. from Michigan State University, Detroit College of Law, cum laude, in 1998, where she was a member of the Law Review and Note & Comment Editor. She earned her B.A. from Oakland University in 1995, majoring in Latin American Studies.
Ms. Glencer is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, Real Property Law Section and the Oakland County Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in all courts in the State of Michigan and before the U.S. District Court in the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan. |
