Daniel M. Halprin is a Member of Dawda, Mann, Mulcahy & Sadler, PLC. He concentrates his practice on a broad spectrum of real estate and corporate matters. Mr. Halprin has significant experience in commercial, industrial and residential property acquisition, disposition and leasing, and real estate financing. He is regularly involved in structuring commercial and corporate transactions.
A frequent contributor to legal and real estate journals, Mr. Halprin was a contributing author to the Real Property Section, 1994 edition of the State of the Law. He also assisted with writing an amicus curiae brief filed with the Michigan Supreme Court in 1994 on behalf of the Real Property Section of the State Bar of Michigan.
Mr. Halprin is a 1993 graduate of the University of Michigan Law School. While attending the University of Detroit Law School, he received American Jurisprudence Awards in Contracts and Civil Procedure. In addition to his J.D., Mr. Halprin received a B.A. from Michigan State University - James Madison College in 1990.
Mr. Halprin is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Michigan, the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan, and the Oakland County Bar Association. |
