David A. Mollicone is a Member of Dawda, Mann, Mulcahy & Sadler, PLC. He practices in the area of general civil litigation involving commercial and corporate transactions, banking, creditors' rights, real estate, employment and environmental matters.
Mr. Mollicone has litigated cases involving a broad range of general business issues including breach of contract, complex commercial litigation, loan workouts, Consumer Protection Act violations, discrimination, non-competition agreements, and real estate disputes.
Mr. Mollicone also regularly represents creditors in all phases of bankruptcy proceedings, including filing proofs of claim and all post-petition claims.
Mr. Mollicone is admitted to practice in Michigan and Ohio and has appeared before various courts in both of these states, as well as before the Federal District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, and the Northern District of Ohio.
Mr. Mollicone earned his B.A. from the University of Michigan in 1994. He received his J.D. from the Ohio State University College of Law in 1997, where he was named in Who's Who Among American Law Students and received the Ohio State University Public Service Fellowship.
Mr. Mollicone has also received a Martindale-Hubbell BV Distinguished Peer Review Rating, which is the highest rating available to an attorney with Mr. Mollicone's level of experience.
Mr. Mollicone is a member of the Oakland County Bar Association and served as Chair of the New Lawyers Committee (2002 - 2003). He is also a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the American Bar Association, where he is a member of the Litigation Section. |
