Gary A. Kravitz is a Member of Dawda, Mann, Mulcahy & Sadler, PLC. He concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate, leasing and structuring business ventures. He represents owners, lenders and developers in acquisition, disposition, leasing and development transactions of varying size and complexity.

As a transactional attorney, Mr. Kravitz has experience in real estate matters representing clients on property acquisition, disposition, lease agreements, option agreements and real estate related litigation. Mr. Kravitz also has a broad municipal law background having represented a local township for several years.

Mr. Kravitz' business law experience extends to counseling clients on asset and stock purchase transactions, preparing employment agreements, confidentiality and non-compete agreements, and shareholder agreements.

Mr. Kravitz brings a broad range of legal experience to his clients. He has significant experience in commercial litigation, appeals, construction lien laws and zoning disputes and appeals. In addition, he served as prosecuting attorney for a northern Oakland County township. He is able to utilize this experience when advising and counseling his corporate clients. While working as a research assistant for the Mineral Policy Center in Washington, D.C., Mr. Kravitz authored the Article Sinkholes and Slime Spills: Phosphate Mining Impacts in Florida, Clementine: The Journal of Responsible Mineral Development.

Mr. Kravitz earned his J.D. from the George Washington University Law School in 1993. He earned his B.A. in government/international relations from Cornell University in 1990. Currently Mr. Kravitz is pursuing his LL.M. in taxation from Wayne State University Law School.

He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Oakland County Bar Association. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Eastern District of Michigan.
