Jeanne DeLorme Graca is an Associate with Dawda, Mann, Mulcahy & Sadler, PLC. She practices in the areas of real estate transactions and development.
Ms. Graca's experience extends to providing advice and counsel to clients regarding the purchase, sale and development of vacant land, improved commercial property and residential property. She negotiates and drafts commercial purchase agreements, single tenant and multi-tenant leases, easement agreements, and construction and development contracts. Her experience includes advising borrowers in end loans for commercial construction projects, landlords and tenants in leasing matters, and individuals in residential real estate sales, acquisitions and leases. She has provided counsel in a variety of other real estate and construction related matters.
Ms. Graca is a 1991 graduate of Wayne State University Law School. She earned a B.A. in 1983, also from Wayne State University.
