Jessica B. Allmand is a Member of Dawda, Mann, Mulcahy & Sadler, PLC.  She concentrates her practice in the areas of business counseling, commercial and financial services litigation, real estate litigation and transactions and bankruptcy creditor defense.

Ms. Allmand has significant experience representing clients in creditors' rights and bankruptcy matters and also represents financial institutions in various areas including commercial loan work-outs, bankruptcy and mortgage/lending litigation.  Ms. Allmand also counsels and represents national clients in commercial litigation as well as contracts and corporate transactions.

Ms. Allmand has lectured for the Institute for Continuing Legal Education and Lorman Seminars on creditor's rights, collection issues, foreclosures and bankruptcy matters.  Ms. Allmand earned her J.D. from the University of Louisville School of Law in 1995 and received her B.A. from the University of South Carolina in 1992.

Ms. Allmand is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and an inactive member of the State Bar of Kentucky.  She is admitted to practice in the State of Michigan and before the U.S. District Court in the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit.
