Kenneth A. Flaska is a Member of Dawda, Mann, Mulcahy & Sadler, PLC. He concentrates his practice in the areas of complex commercial litigation and business law with a focus on financial institutions and bankruptcy law.
Mr. Flaska has substantial experience representing entities in complex business litigation involving shareholder and partnership disputes, real estate, construction and general commercial contract litigation.
Mr. Flaska also represents financial institutions in various areas including commercial loan work-outs, bankruptcy, lender liability defense, uniform commercial code transactions, bank fraud and real estate transactions. His accounting background has proved invaluable in many of these transactions.
Mr. Flaska's litigation experience requires his frequent appearance in Michigan Circuit and Appellate Courts , including the Supreme Court of Michigan. He also maintains an active Federal Court practice.
Mr. Flaska serves as a mediator in Wayne County Circuit Court and is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan, Detroit Bar Association and is an associate member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. He earned his J.D. from Wayne State University in 1978 and his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Wayne State University in 1974. |
