Kristine McKimson Renke is an Associate with Dawda, Mann, Mulcahy & Sadler, PLC. She concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, probate and trusts, and taxation.
Mrs. Renke works closely with clients in creating estate plans and trusts to not only meet the objectives of each client's personal situation, but also to ensure the tax efficient transfer of wealth and property to beneficiaries. She is regularly involved in drafting wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, lifetime giving agreements, powers of attorney, charitable giving agreements and many other types of documents used in the creative planning of each clients estate plan.
Mrs. Renke also becomes involved in post-death administration matters concerning the probate and administration of wills and trust, estates and conservatorships.
Mrs. Renke earned her J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law in 1996 and a B.B.A. in business from the University of Michigan in 1993. |
