Lawrence V. Stawiarski is a Member of Dawda, Mann, Mulcahy & Sadler, PLC and maintains an extensive national practice representing clients in both complex litigation and business matters. His litigation practice encompasses commercial litigation, employment law, real estate, construction law, financial services litigation, creditor's right litigation and bankruptcy law.
Mr. Stawiarski has represented various corporations serving as national counsel in both federal multi-jurisdictional litigation and arbitration throughout the United States. He also has extensive experience as defense counsel for Fortune 500 companies in product liability defense, mass tort litigation and premises liability matters.
Mr. Stawiarski represents a broad range of industries including various manufacturers, investment and hedge funds, technology, energy, construction and land development firms throughout the United States.
He has lectured on a variety of business-related topics, including contracts, ongoing business issues and corporate formation and has been featured in seminars discussing the pros and cons of technology licensing.
Mr. Stawiarksi earned his J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1995 and his Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University in 1990. He also serves on the boards of various charitable and non-profit organizations including the MSU Alumni Club of Livingston County. |
