Marc K. Salach is a Member of Dawda, Mann, Mulcahy & Sadler PLC. He concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate, real estate and tax.
Mr. Salach's corporate experience involves negotiating and drafting asset and stock purchase agreements, and he is regularly involved in the creation and structuring of corporations, partnerships and limited liabilities companies.
Mr. Salach's real estate practice is focused on negotiating and drafting real estate purchase agreements, lease agreements, option agreements and development agreements. He also regularly counsels clients on incentive-related agreements such as tax-increment financing agreements.
Mr. Salach's knowledge in the tax area is concentrated in advising clients on corporate, partnership and individual tax law issues. He also has extensive expertise preparing corporate, partnership, fiduciary and individual tax returns.
