Nicholas J. Winters is an Associate with Dawda, Mann, Mulcahy & Sadler, PLC. He concentrates his practice in the area of real estate law.
Mr. Winters has assisted clients in transactional real estate matters involving negotiating and documenting agreements for the purchase and sale of commercial real estate, for acquiring and disposing of property, for the development of shopping centers and the leasing of commercial and retail space.
Mr. Winters earned his J.D. from Wayne State University Law School in 2006. While in law school, he served as President of the Federalist Society and was an Arthur F. Lederle Scholar. He earned his B.A. from Bob Jones University, magna cum laude, in 2003 majoring in pre-law.
Mr. Winters is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Oakland County Bar Association and the Federalist Society. He is also an active member of the First Baptist Church of Troy. |
