Patricia Moore is an Associate with Dawda, Mann, Mulcahy & Sadler, PLC and concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate and business law.
Ms. Moore has assisted clients in transactional real estate matters involving negotiating and documenting of agreements for the purchase and sale of commercial real estate, for acquiring and disposing of property, for the development of shopping centers, and the leasing of commercial and retail space. Additionally, Ms. Moore has experience in the representation of financial lending institutions and borrowers in real estate business related finance transactions.
Ms. Moore earned her J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, cum laude, in 2004, where she served as Managing Editor of Law Review and Presidential Ambassador to the University. While in law school, she received honors such as Dean's Scholar, Wolverine Bar Foundation Scholar, Best Brief in the Professional Responsibility Moot Court Competition, and induction into Alpha Sigma Nu Honor Society. She earned her B.S. from Michigan State University in 1997 majoring in physiology.
Ms. Moore is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the American Bar Association, and the Detroit Metropolitan Bar Association. She volunteers with the Michigan Voter Protection Program, and formerly served as a member of the Board of Directors and Recruitment committee for the St. Clair County Literacy Project. |
