Robert A. Wright, III is a Member of Dawda, Mann, Mulcahy & Sadler, PLC. He concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate, lending and real estate law.

Mr. Wright has extensive experience advising corporate clients on commercial business issues, including, transactional, financial, real estate, taxation, operational and planning matters. Business work includes advising on matters regarding business transactions, and merger, acquisition and joint venture work from pre-letter of intent negotiations to final closing as well as business formation (corporation, limited liability company and partnership), corporate and shareholder governance.  He negotiates and drafts a wide variety of commercial agreements, merger and acquisition agreements, asset and stock purchase agreements, supply and distribution agreements, purchase orders (including terms and conditions), leases and other real estate agreements.  He advises clients on property acquisitions, dispositions and leasing matters.

Mr. Wright also represents several financial institutions in the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of commercial and real estate loans, including construction and end mortgage loans, middle market working capital arrangements, buyout financings and participation transactions. His practice also includes advising lenders on commerical and real estate loan workouts and restructures.

Mr. Wright earned his J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law in 1995. While there, he served as the Managing Editor of Business and Production of the Law Review. Mr. Wright earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan in 1985, an M.B.A. from the University of Detroit in 1988 and an LL.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law in 1996.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Wright worked at Comerica Bank (formerly Manufacturers Bank) from 1985-1992 and was a corporate trust officer.

Mr. Wright is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and is admitted to practice in the States of Michigan and Illinois.
