Robert A. Wright, III is a Member of Dawda, Mann, Mulcahy & Sadler, P.L.C. He concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate, real estate and tax law.
Mr. Wright has extensive experience in negotiating and drafting a wide variety of commercial business agreements, including asset and stock purchase agreements, leases and other real estate agreements. Further, he has advised clients on property acquisitions, dispositions and leasing matters. He has created and structured corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships, drafted shareholder agreements and counseled clients with regard to a variety of corporate activities, including corporate mergers and reorganizations.
Mr. Wright also represents financial lending institutions in real estate related finance transactions. His practice also includes ongoing representation of real estate developers in the buying, selling and developing of real property.
The tax work performed by Mr. Wright is equally broad based and includes providing counsel and advice to corporations and their shareholders regarding tax planning, corporate restructurings and reorganizations.
Mr. Wright earned his J.D. from Michigan State University, Detroit College of Law in 1995. While there, he served as the Managing Editor of Business and Production of the Detroit College of Law Review. Mr. Wright earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan in 1985, an M.B.A. from the University of Detroit in 1988 and an LL.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law in 1996.
Mr. Wright is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and is admitted to practice in the States of Michigan and Illinois. |
