Robert P. Anderson is a Member of Dawda, Mann, Mulcahy & Sadler, PLC and concentrates his practice in the areas of business law, including corporate and finance, business, litigation and entertainment law.
Mr. Anderson represents both public and private companies on business planning issues including formation, acquisitions, liquidations, succession planning, general financial matters and corporate governance. His transactional experience extends to partnerships, limited liability companies, equity financing and loan documentation on behalf of both banks and private businesses.
Mr. Anderson has also been legal counsel in the entertainment field to nationally known entertainers, musicians and sports figures. He has lectured on a variety of business-related topics, including contracts, ongoing business issues and corporate formation and has been featured in seminars discussing the business and financing concerns involved in filmmaking.
Mr. Anderson earned his J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law in 1986 and his Bachelor of General Science from the University of Michigan in 1982.
Mr. Anderson is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Michigan, the Oakland County Bar Association, Vistage International and the Association for Corporate Growth. |
