Scot C. Storrie is an Associate with Dawda, Mann, Mulcahy & Sadler, PLC. He concentrates his practice in the areas of business, automotive, intellectual property and litigation.

Mr. Storrie frequently assists both domestic and multi-national corporations in a wide range of business transactions, including the purchase and sale of assets, the structuring of international joint ventures, general corporate matters and dispute resolution. In Mr. Storrie's automotive practice, he represents manufacturers and suppliers in transactions, acquisitions, joint ventures and legal disputes. Prior to entering the legal profession, Mr. Storrie worked for an international tier-one automotive supplier in various capacities at both the plant and corporate levels. His prior automotive business experience allows him to counsel clients in many issues specific to the automotive industry.

Mr. Storrie also has an extensive background in commercial litigation, with a particular focus on real estate related matters, including landlord-tenant disputes and the prosecution of insurance claims for national title insurance companies. Mr. Storrie also frequently assists corporate clients with international legal matters by acting as general counsel for clients with operations in China, South America, Europe and elsewhere. Mr. Storrie also assists businesses with trademark perfection and enforcement actions and a wide range of internet related intellectual property matters.

Mr. Storrie is a 2002 graduate of Michigan State University College of Law where he was a Moot Court Board Member and a participant in the Rental Housing Clinic. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in history from Duke University in 1995.

Mr. Storrie is a member of the State Bar of Michigan Real Property and Business Law Sections, the Oakland County Bar Association, the American Bar Association Business and Intellectual Property Law Sections and the Association for Corporate Growth.
