Wayne S. Segal is a Member with Dawda, Mann, Mulcahy & Sadler, PLC. His practice is concentrated in the areas of real estate transactions and finance.
Mr. Segal represents clients in all aspects of commercial real estate acquisition, disposition, and leasing matters, including the representation of financial lending institutions and borrowers in real estate related finance transactions. Mr. Segal also represents developers, builders, and lenders in connection with residential development projects advising them on all aspects of the development process, including land acquisition, planning, financing, development and sale.
Mr. Segal is also regularly involved in the creation and structuring of corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies on behalf of his clients.
While earning his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1994, Mr. Segal was a member of the Environmental Moot Court Team where he successfully presented legal arguments in a debate forum. He received his B.A., with honors, from James Madison College at Michigan State University in 1991, where he distinguished himself as President of the Student Affairs Committee and a contributing editor to the Journal of International Relations.
Mr. Segal is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, American Bar Association, the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan, and the Building Industry Association for Southeastern Michigan. |
