Wayne S. Segal is a Managing Member with Dawda, Mann, Mulcahy & Sadler, PLC. His practice is concentrated in the areas of banking, real estate and corporate law.
Mr. Segal has significant experience representing financial institutions in various areas including commercial loan work-outs, restructuring, foreclosures, and collateral liquidation. Mr. Segal also has significant experience in the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of commercial and real estate loans.
Mr. Segal is also regularly involved in the creation and structuring of corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies on behalf of his clients.
Mr. Segal represents clients in all aspects of commercial real estate acquisition, disposition, and leasing matters, including the representation of financial lending institutions and borrowers in real estate related finance transactions. Mr. Segal also represents developers, builders, and lenders in connection with real estate development projects advising them on all aspects of the development process.
Mr. Segal is also regularly involved in the creation and structuring of corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies on behalf of his clients.
Mr. Segal earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1994. He received his B.A., with honors, from James Madison College at Michigan State University in 1991.
Mr. Segal is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, American Bar Association, the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan, and the Turnaround Management Association. |
