Zachary J. Eskau is a Member with Dawda, Mann, Mulcahy & Sadler, PLC. He concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial and real estate litigation, construction lien claims, property tax appeals, and creditor's rights in commercial and individual bankruptcy proceedings.
Mr. Eskau routinely advises clients on a variety of issues including contract language, the Uniform Commercial Code, mortgages, loan work-outs, creditor rights in bankruptcy, the Construction Lien Act, property tax appeal law and procedures, real estate rights and financial institution transactions. Mr. Eskau's practice frequently requires him to litigate issues in the district and circuit courts of Michigan as well as the federal courts in Michigan, including bankruptcy court. Mr. Eskau also maintains an active Florida practice and advises and litigates matters for clients involving Florida law.
Mr. Eskau earned his B.A. in political science and religious studies from Albion College in 2002. In 2005, Mr. Eskau graduated from Wayne State University Law School and became a member of the State Bar of Michigan. In 2008, Mr. Eskau became a member of the State Bar of Florida.
In 2004, Mr. Eskau was voted Most Outstanding Oral Advocate in the State of Michigan Moot Court Competition and in 2008 he was listed in Michigan Super Lawyers as a "Rising Star" among attorneys in the State of Michigan.
Mr. Eskau is a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Michigan. |
