Zachary J. Eskau is an Associate with Dawda, Mann, Mulcahy & Sadler, PLC. He concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, business law, and real estate litigation.
Mr. Eskau has experience representing entities in commercial loan transactions, real estate disputes, and general commercial contract litigation. Mr. Eskau uses his experience to routinely prepare litigation materials concerning commercial banking and commercial real estate matters.
Mr. Eskau earned his J.D. from Wayne State University in 2005 and his B.A. in political science and religious studies from Albion College in 2002. In 2004, Mr. Eskau was voted Most Outstanding Oral Advocate in the State of Michigan Moot Court Competition.
Mr. Eskau is a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Michigan.
