Dawda Mann attorneys speak at the ICSC 2011 Michigan Continuing Education Program for Real Estate Professionals
Dawda Mann attorneys Edward Dawda, Susan Sadler, Brian Considine and Dana Kreis Glencer spoke at the ICSC 2011 Michigan Continuing Education Program for Real Estate Professionals in Novi, Mich.
Brian Considine, who spoke on “LEED for Retail and Other New LEED Programs,” is an environmental attorney and one of the first attorneys in the state to become LEED AP BD+C accredited. Mr. Considine assists a variety of corporate clients with transactional matters involving the acquisition, sale and/or cleanup and closure of environmentally impaired properties. He has negotiated with a number of state environmental protection agencies in the Midwest, as well as with land owners, developers and tenants to reach creative resolutions on a wide variety of environmental issues.

Edward Dawda, who spoke on “Lessons Learned and Opportunities to Come in Retooling a Retail Site” is a founding member of Dawda, Mann. He concentrates his legal practice in a broad spectrum of corporate, finance and real estate matters. Dana represents developers, retailers and investors in commercial real estate transactions and development projects for industrial, warehouse, office and retail properties throughout the United States. Additionally, she has experience in a variety of residential real estate matters, including the representation of financial institutions and mortgage companies in contested mortgage foreclosures, eviction proceedings, bankruptcy and commercial litigation.

Susan Sadler, who spoke on “LEED for Retail and Other New LEED Programs,” is a founding member of Dawda, Mann.
