Dawda specializes in a broad range of business, corporate and real estate transactional matters and has been an advisor and counsel to nationally known private and publicly traded companies in major corporate transactions as well as retail, commercial and industrial real estate development projects across the United States. Dawda earned his J.D., cum laude, from Michigan State University College of Law in 1977. He received his B.A., with high honors, from Michigan State University in 1974.
