Dawda Mann Announces Formation of its Loan Workout and Distressed Real Estate and Asset Practice Group
Dawda, Mann, Mulcahy & Sadler, PLC formally announces its Loan Workout and Distressed Real Estate and Asset Practice Group. This Group has and will continue to work to assist clients in formulating practical approaches in addressing the numerous issues involving the complex and shifting real estate and credit markets, including counseling clients regarding the Troubled Assets Relief Program (TARP). The Loan Workout and Distressed Real Estate and Asset Practice Group is comprised of attorneys from our Banking, Litigation, Bankruptcy, Real Estate, Corporate, Tax, Finance and Investment Incentives Practice Groups as follows:
