Dawda Mann Attorney Publishes Article on Wetland Permitting
Brian J. Considine, an associate at Dawda, Mann, Mulcahy & Sadler, PLC, recently published an article in the Michigan Bar Journal, entitled "Michigan's 404 Program: How Will Rapanos Affect Us?". Mr. Considine concentrates his practice on corporate environmental law, including advising clients on the acquisition, sale and/or cleanup and closure of environmentally impaired properties and works with the large commercial and residential developers in the areas of wetland permitting, hazardous waste management, Brownfield redevelopment and environmental insurance. Mr. Considine earned his J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, cum laude and he earned an M.S. in Environmental Science from Indiana University. |
